My family has a history of Diabetes when my weight reached 308 pounds, and I was diagnosed as prediabetic. I knew that I better do something before I would be suffering the same condition and consequences like the rest of my family. I hired a trainer and a nutritionist to ensure my success. Six months later, I was down to 240 pounds and getting closer to being in the best shape of my life.
Since then I have dedicated myself to helping others going through the same journey. As a certified personal trainer who specializes in Behavior Change, I use scientifically validated screening and intervention techniques in a guided self-help way to progress clients through the challenges that are preventing success and the strengths that can be further engaged to achieve that success.
I have helped thousands of clients to adopt and maintain healthy behaviors to improve and extend their quality of life.
